UCW at Olivet United Church Mission Statement To unite women of the congregation for the total mission of the church and to provide a medium through which we may express our loyalty and devotion to Jesus Christ in Christian Witness, Study, Fellowship and Service. Olivet UCW Olivet has an active and enthusiastic UCW (United Church Women). We are involved in social issues, fund-raising for projects and other various charities in our community (and some that extend around the world). The best part of what we do is to gather the women of Olivet for an afternoon devoted to enjoying each other’s company. We begin with scriptures and then have a program . Our program includes: discussions, guest speakers, video, games & special projects, just to give you a cross-section of what we do at our meetings. We also have a lunch. Olivet’s UCW is comprised of a welcoming, caring group of
women that meet every third Monday of the month at 1:30 p.m. at Olivet
United Church. All are welcome so please attend. ( Check the
EVENTS page of this website for more details in case a meeting is being
